I can’t even tell you how many times I wear this outfit. I can’t tell you because I don’t count; but more importantly, I can’t tell you because it would be down right embarrassing. That’s how many times I wear it.
This is my go-to fall outfit.
I love it because it’s really comfortable (these tights are so so soft); and it’s an easy way to look stylish without putting in much effort.
You can never go wrong with a trench coat – it’s a wardrobe staple everyone should own. I knew I’d wear mine all the time, so I decided to splurge on a Burberry trench coat; but there are a lot of affordable options around to choose from (this is the best place to shop for trench coats at a great price).
The button-up denim skirt and over the knee boots are what give that “stylish put together look” – while the tights add warmth and comfort. I decided to wear a v-neck sweater to keep the outfit looking classic, and opted for black to match my tights and boots (same with my handbag and sunglasses).
For a little extra warm, I threw on a classic tartan plaid blanket scarf to keep that timeless vibe going strong.
So, if you happen to be wandering the streets of Toronto, there is a good chance I will be wearing this. Just go with it. 😉
What’s your go-to fall outfit? I’d love to hear what it is in the comment section at the end of this blog post.
